COMMISSION STRUCTURE BUILT TO SUPPORT AGENTS
Agents pay a maximum of $16,000 annually to eXp Realty at a rate of 20% of each transaction and/or referral.
Once an agent as paid the $16K, they will achieve a "capped" status and receive 100% of their commissions for the duration of that capping year.
A cap is reset on a 12 month basis, which starts the 1st of the month when an agent joins eXp Realty.
